YOUR QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial automation, with a strong focus on Siemens PLCs.
  • Proficiency in TIA Portal, STEP 7, and Siemens HMIs (WinCC, Comfort Panels).
  • Experience with field devices such as sensors, actuators, VFDs, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Profibus, Profinet, Modbus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site commissioning and support as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Design and develop control systems using Siemens PLCs (e.g., S7-300/400/1200/1500) , TIA Portal , and STEP 7 .
  • Program, test, and commission PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for manufacturing, process, and automation projects.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and system architecture drawings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Perform system integration, FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), and on-site commissioning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation hardware and software.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and reports.
  • Provide ongoing support and upgrades to existing control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
