JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chef to start IMMEDIATELY to assist in running daily operations within the kitchen of a popular café in Aylsham.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food service, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and customer service. The Café Chef will be responsible for coordinating food preparation and maintaining an inviting atmosphere for guests.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry as a Sous Chef or higher.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of café management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and customers alike.
