Benefits: Health, Dental, & vision insurance, health savings account Paid time off Employee assistance program Basic life insurance Disability insurance Matching retirement plan & more Medical specialties: Afton Urgent Care Clinic 12 hour shift Experience: Clinical experience (post degree) in an UC, ED or FM setting: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required) Physician or Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Required) Work Location: In person - Lyman, Wyoming Requirements Job Duties Perform direct patient care in a positive and professional manner under the supervision of Primary Care Provider Take and review medical histories to assess the patients’ needs Examine and treat patients in the clinic Order and interpret tests as needed to diagnose further treatment Treat injuries, assist in emergency room as needed for orthopedic related cases Educate and counsel patients and family as to current situation, developing and implementing a treatment plan Participate in a rotating on-call schedule Utilize EPIC (EMR) to track patients records Supervise support staff Attend appropriate meetings Perform other duties as needed and assigned Requirements Abilities & Skills: Perform examinations using standard medical procedures Make administrative and procedural decisions Knowledge of current and emerging trends in technologies, techniques, issues, and approaches in area of expertise Proficient oral and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Maintain skills through training provided as well as self-study Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, communicate effectively, and demonstration of sensitivity to patients, visitors and staff Comply with HIPAA and other federal, state and local regulations as well as maintain the highest degree of confidentiality in client and staff matters Excellent organization and prioritization aptitude Moderate physical activity including standing, walking, pushing, bending and reaching throughout the work day Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 25 pounds Work environment involves exposure to potentially dangerous materials and situations that require following extensive safety precautions and may include the use of personal protective equipment Ability to use an Electronic Medical Record Job Type: Full-time Salary: $144,000 per year Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Healthcare setting: Urgent care center Medical specialties: Urgent Care Schedule: Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Afton, WY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) License/Certification: Medical License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
