We are seeking an experienced Urgent Care Physician to join our team. As an Urgent Care Physician, you will provide high-quality medical care to patients with acute illnesses or injuries. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patients, diagnose conditions, and provide appropriate treatment. This is a fast-paced environment that requires excellent clinical skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries
- Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, and wound care
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays.
- Provide health coaching and education to patients on preventive care and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
- Utilize electronic medical record systems for documentation and communication
