Urgent Care RN/LPN/MA / Falcon Health Center / Full Time In accordance with the mission of Wood Health Company, and within the scope of the Ohio Board of Nursing, the Urgent Care RN will provide clinical and administrative support in a Urgent Care setting, under the direction of the physician, manager/coordinator, and Nursing Supervisor. The RN is accountable for the delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of the organization. Job Duties: Assist physician or provider with patient assessment, examinations and treatments. Documents patient care observations and activities according to professional standards and procedures. Administers routine injections under the direction and supervision of a provider. Promptly responds to patient phone calls and concerns. Triages patient phones calls, in accordance with office policy. Obtains specimens (i.e. throat, urine, wound, etc) using proper technique and following policy and protocol for labeling. Shift Details: Full Time Minimum Requirements: Required License/Certification: Current license to practice as an RN or LPN in the State of Ohio.
