Company Description Associate Veterinarian — Weekend Urgent Care New Smyrna Beach Animal Medical Center is expanding weekend urgent care services and seeking a motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our team. This veterinarian will be providing urgent and urgent-to-primary veterinary care in a fast-paced, collaborative clinic. What you’ll do Provide urgent medical and surgical care for a broad caseload (trauma, acute illness, lacerations, urgent soft-tissue procedures). Triage and stabilize emergency patients; perform diagnostics (radiographs, point-of-care lab work). Communicate treatment plans and prognosis clearly with clients. Coordinate with the weekday primary care team for follow-up care and continuity. Maintain medical records, ensure quality of care, and follow hospital protocols.
