Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities: Assistance with personal care and hygiene Meal preparation Light housekeeping Accompany clients on outings Shopping and errands Medication reminders Ambulation and transporting of clients Provide companionship Follow care plans accurately Documentation and charting Qualifications: HCA Registration (Home Care Aide) preferred—we can help you with this if needed Documented caregiving experience preferred Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 Access to a mobile phone Ability to travel within the East Bay Valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle for transportation Why Qualicare?
