Day time and Evening Weekends Morning Shift and Evening Benefits: Referral Bonus Program Paid Orientation and Training Paid Sick Leave Holiday/Overtime Pay Incentives Flexible schedule Mileage Reimbursement Exceptional support team Fun, supportive, and safe working environment Employee Rewards and Recognition programs Position Responsibilities: Here are the responsibilities you'll undertake in the role of a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA): Provide personalized, non-medical care that aligns with clients' Service Plan/Care Plan Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility Provide companion care activities such as conversation, light housekeeping, meal planning, preparation, and more Provide medication reminders Monitor, Record and Report changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior, or appearance to the supervisor Utilize our Time Management system for Clock-in/Clock-out and Document completed tasks in accordance with company policies Stay updated with our relevant changing technology Adhere to HIPAA regulations Participate in quality assurance reviews and evaluations. Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures Position Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum skills required: High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience Previous caregiving experience (preferred) Possession of state-required certifications Valid Driver’s License with adequate auto insurance, if applicable A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others A commitment to being present and providing quality care Empathy, patience, kindness and respect Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job We serve Morris County and Somerset County.
