The client uses a walker and will need assistance with mobility and transportation to appointments. Care Responsibilities Provide safe transportation to and from the appointment Assist with mobility (walker support, navigating steps) Offer errand assistance as needed Ensure client’s comfort and safety, especially with oxygen equipment Schedule Primary need for June 4th appointment Additional schedule may be provided for future support Appointment Details Date: June 4, 2026 Time: 2:20 PM Pick-Up: Parma, OH 44129 Destination: Cleveland Vision Center (Brookpark Rd, Cleveland, OH) Important Notes Client uses oxygen support (approx. 10 lbs equipment) Home has 2 front steps No strong scents (avoid perfumes, air fresheners, scented products) due to respiratory sensitivity Ideal Candidate Must have a reliable vehicle Comfortable assisting clients with mobility and oxygen equipment Punctual, patient, and safety-focused Respectful and attentive to health needs This role is ideal for a helper experienced in transportation and mobility support, with extra awareness of respiratory conditions and environmental sensitivities.
