Posting Title: Helpers Required in Al Ain Industry: Construction Salary: AED 1,000 + Accommodation + Visa + Medical Insurance Work Experience: 1–3 years Location: Al Ain and Abu Dhabi Nationality: Any Summary We are seeking dedicated and reliable Helpers to support construction operations across key projects in Al Ain. This role is essential to maintaining efficient site operations, ensuring material handling, site cleanliness, and assisting skilled tradespeople in daily tasks. As a Helper, you will play a vital role in supporting the construction team by performing foundational duties that contribute directly to project timelines, safety standards, and overall site productivity. Responsibilities: Assist skilled workers with material handling, transportation, and storage on-site. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment. Prepare workspaces by setting up scaffolding, barriers, and temporary structures as directed. Support site supervisors and tradespeople with basic construction tasks, including mixing materials and clearing debris. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times. Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or operational issues promptly to supervisors. Participate in daily site meetings and follow instructions with accuracy and diligence. Perform additional duties as assigned by site supervisors or project managers. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent qualification. 1–3 years of experience in construction or related field (entry-level experience acceptable). Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor in outdoor and variable weather conditions. Familiarity with basic construction site safety protocols and procedures. Valid work permit and willingness to obtain UAE visa sponsorship. Preferred nationality: Pakistani or Indian. Willingness to work 6 days per week, 9 hours per day (8 hours work + 1 hour break), with overtime opportunities.
