Job Title: Mason Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Salary: AED 1500 Benefits: Visa + Accommodation + Transportation + Medical Insurance Job Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Masons to join a reputable construction and facilities maintenance company based in Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate will be skilled in various masonry techniques and capable of handling tasks such as constructing, repairing, and maintaining brick, stone, concrete, and other types of structures. This role requires a strong understanding of construction plans, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to operate masonry tools safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Measure, cut, shape, and install bricks, stones, concrete blocks, and other materials according to specifications. Construct walls, floors, foundations, arches, and other structures made of stone, brick, and concrete. Mix, pour, and spread mortar or other materials to bind masonry units together. Ensure the proper alignment and leveling of structures during construction. Repair and replace damaged masonry structures. Work from blueprints, drawings, or instructions provided by supervisors. Operate hand tools and power tools such as trowels, hammers, chisels, drills, and grinders. Maintain work area cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with site supervisors, other construction workers, and team members to complete projects efficiently. Maintain and care for masonry tools and equipment. Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Mason (Gulf experience preferred). Skilled in measuring, cutting, and assembling masonry materials with accuracy. Familiarity with masonry tools, machines, and material handling techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints or construction drawings. Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials and working in various positions (standing, kneeling, bending). Basic communication skills in English, Hindi, or Urdu preferred. Understanding of safety practices and procedures in masonry work. Willingness to work in varying job sites and weather conditions. Preferred Attributes: Honest, reliable, and punctual. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Safety-conscious and capable of following instructions accurately. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques and methods. Working Conditions: 6-day work week. Job may involve working outdoors or in non-air-conditioned environments. Long hours of standing, lifting, bending, and using power tools. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will be provided. Overtime may be required based on project schedules.
