WHAT SKILLS YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years supporting enterprise scheduling tools (Tidal Enterprise Scheduler, Autosys, etc.)
• Proven experience with ETL platforms (Informatica PowerCenter, Talend Big Data, SSIS)
• Strong understanding of database concepts, SQL tools, and data-warehousing best practices
• Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and supporting applications on Windows and Linux/Unix
• Familiarity with incident and change-tracking systems (ServiceNow, TFS, Aha!, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and accountability in a team environment
• Outstanding oral and written communication abilities

You’ll be the backbone of our Data Management Services, ensuring critical ETL and scheduling tools run flawlessly. Your expertise will streamline job orchestration, boost operational reliability, and uphold data integrity across the enterprise.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide application administration, job scheduling/execution, monitoring, and code deployment for Tidal and related tools
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to troubleshoot scheduler jobs, network connectivity, and data integrity issues
• Enforce data security and compliance by following documented ITIL incident, request, and change-management workflows
• Install, upgrade, and configure COTS and custom applications on Windows and Linux/Unix environments
• Create and maintain technical documentation covering processes, configurations, and best practices
• Identify manual tasks suitable for automation and implement solutions using scripting tools
