URGENT: Inside Sales Representative (appliance, furniture or B2B industry experience is required) Application Deadline: 15 November 2025 Department: Operations Employment Type: Full Time Location: Toronto Compensation: $5.00 - $6.00 / hour Description Prepare and deliver detailed product quotes to customers with accuracy and timeliness. Recommend suitable alternative products for unavailable or back-ordered items. Perform outbound follow-ups and cold outreach using approved templates and workflows. Accurately enter and maintain orders in the ERP system (Odoo) to ensure seamless fulfillment. Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and customer service teams to coordinate order flow. Track and manage open opportunities to increase conversion rates and meet sales targets. Hard Requirements: 2–4 years of inside sales or order management experience, preferably in appliances, furniture, or B2B sales. Proficiency in ERP and CRM platforms (Odoo experience highly desirable). Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to accuracy and detail. Results-driven attitude with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals. Schedule: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 9AM–6PM US Eastern Standard Time Offer and Benefits: Weeks 1–8: $5USD/hour Weeks 8 onwards: $6USD/hour HMO coverage after 1 year of employment.
