JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Math & Science Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will inspire students to develop a love for math/science and foster critical thinking skills through engaging lessons and innovative teaching methods. This position involves teaching various levels of science, from grade 6 to 12, AP chem, AP bio, AP physics, and various math & science contests.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics. CHEM. Bio, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience teaching science, math/AP phy/bio/chem and science contests
  • Ability to teach in English
  • Ability to drive to Vancouver or Richmond
  • Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts and the ability to convey them effectively to students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students and staff.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom environment that respects diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $57,600.00-$60,000.00 per year
