Physiotherapists (contractor)
Looking for physiotherapists to cover Brisbane South

You must possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Physiotherapy
• Full AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist
• National Police Check, First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
• Professional and Public Indemnity Insurance with a minimum of $10m cover (or willing to obtain)
• 1 or more years of experience in both private practice and in aged care settings.
• A current Driver’s Licence and willingness to use own vehicle for work purposes, ensuring the vehicle is appropriately insured
• Willingness to carry necessary equipment in your vehicle
• Previous home visit experience will be advantageous

You will demonstrate the following:

• Able to work independently and communicate effectively
• Using hands-on techniques to improve movement, improve acute/chronic pain and stiffness, promote the healing process and improve quality of life at home
• Able to provide tailored home exercise program for each client Able to provide instructions and make recommendations on equipments (e.g walking aids)
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent time management
• Committed to providing an outstanding quality of care to your clients.

You will also be thorough with your progress notes which are ready to be presented when requested.

Education:

• Bachelor Degree (Required)

• physiotherapist: 1 year (Preferred)
