URGENT: Outbound Lead Engagement Assistant Application Deadline: 13 December 2025 Department: Operations Employment Type: Full Time Location: Toronto Compensation: $5.00 - $7.00 / hour Description Make outbound calls to warm leads from Facebook ads, website inquiries, voicemail messages, and emails. Initiate friendly first contact to confirm interest, gather basic information, or live-transfer calls to the sales team. Send follow-up emails or messages to leads when phone contact is not successful. Document lead status (contacted, responded, follow-up needed, invalid, etc.). Transfer qualified and engaged leads to sales staff or schedule callbacks. Maintain clear daily records of contact attempts and outcomes. Update Google Sheets, spreadsheets, or CRM tools with accurate lead engagement data. Track daily contact percentage, outreach volume, and conversion-to-contact results. Coordinate with management to ensure leads are being worked consistently. Communicate promptly with the office team regarding hot leads that require immediate attention. Provide daily summaries of contact results, trends, and any issues with lead quality. Uploading photos and videos to YouTube, Facebook, Google, Yelp, Thumbtack, and Instagram Responding to customer reviews on Yelp, Google, and other platforms Hard Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in outbound calling, lead generation, telemarketing, or customer service. Excellent English speaking skills with clear pronunciation and strong phone etiquette. Ability to confidently handle outbound calls and reach out to leads proactively. Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Gmail) and able to learn new systems quickly. Comfortable working with VoIP systems (Zoom Phone, softphones, or similar tools). Strong tracking, documentation, and data-entry skills. Self-motivated, organized, and able to follow contact targets and performance metrics. Schedule: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 9AM–6PM US Eastern Standard Time Offer and Benefits: Weeks 1–8: $6 USD/hour Week 8 onwards: $7 USD/hour
