URGENT: Part-Time Real Estate Administrative Assistant (US real estate experience is required) Application Deadline: 31 January 2026 Department: Operations Employment Type: Part Time Location: Toronto Compensation: $4.00 - $6.00 / hour Description Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for brokers and leadership. Support email marketing initiatives, including campaign setup, list management, and follow-ups. Create, update, and manage commercial property listings across marketing platforms such as Crexi, LoopNet, and CoStar. Build and maintain professional property flyers and marketing materials for listings. Upload, organize, and manage listing data, documents, and assets across internal systems and platforms. Coordinate and manage various business applications used to support daily real estate operations. Assist with document preparation related to property listings and transactions. Ensure deadlines are met for property marketing campaigns and administrative deliverables. Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. Hard Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a real estate administrative assistant or in a similar real estate support role. Working knowledge of commercial real estate marketing platforms (Crexi, LoopNet, CoStar) or proven ability to quickly learn and manage them. Understanding of basic real estate concepts and property marketing workflows (MLS experience not required). Experience creating property flyers and marketing materials. Proficiency in email marketing tools and campaign execution. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Comfortable managing multiple tools, platforms, and deadlines simultaneously. Schedule: 20 hours per week Monday to Friday 9AM–1PM US Central Standard Time Offer and Benefits: Weeks 1–6: $4 USD/hour Weeks 6-12:$5 USD/hour Weeks 12 onwards: $6 USD/hour
