QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from a PEB-recognized institution.
• Experience:Minimum 20 years of local construction experience in Singapore.At least 8 years as a Project Director, preferably with tender experience.Proven track record in full cycle delivery, each over $150 million.
• Ideally with commercial, institutional and hi-tech project experience
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, project financing, contract management (e.g., SIA, PSSCOC), and authority requirements.

• Lead the successful delivery of major construction projects exceeding $150 million in contract value.
• Oversee and coordinate all phases of project delivery – design, procurement, construction, and handover.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies, budgets, timelines, and quality control measures.
• Build and manage multi-disciplinary project teams including consultants, subcontractors, and internal staff.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Drive value engineering and cost efficiency initiatives.
