Are you a passionate professional committed to supporting children and youth with a diagnosis of Autism and their families in Northwestern Ontario? FIREFLY is looking for a skilled Urgent Response Coordinator to join our team in making a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

As an Urgent Response Coordinator at FIREFLY, you will play a vital role in supporting children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families across Northwestern Ontario. Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will:

  • Screen incoming referrals and determine eligibility for Urgent Response Services (URS).
  • Lead the development and coordination of individualized URS plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Provide service navigation and referral support for families not eligible for URS.
  • Coordinate and monitor high-quality, culturally responsive, and family-centred care.
  • Collaborate with community partners to strengthen local service systems across the Thunder Bay, Kenora, and Rainy River Districts.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

This full-time position is based in Northwestern Ontario. Some flexibility in work hours, including evenings or weekends, may be required to meet client needs. Some travel required.
