REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in service sales, project coordination, facilities management, M&E, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
• Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, ACMV, and facilities services is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with contract-based services or solution selling is an advantage.
• Independent, organised, and performance-driven.

• Identify and secure new service and project contracts in HVAC/ACMV and facilities management.
• Manage proposal, tender preparation, and client negotiations.
• Oversee project coordination, site execution, and timely delivery.
• Liaise with internal operations teams and subcontractors for smooth service rollout.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction post-delivery.
• Track project progress, costs, and variation works.
• Meet sales and project KPIs, and report to management regularly.
