Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Attend to all customers’ enquiries / issues as follows:Contracts and agreements, Quotation/pricing negotiations, Coordination of new models and design issues, Prototype sample order fulfillment, Mass production order fulfillment, Schedule change management (including stock/disposal management), Delivery and quality issues, Customer complaints, Customer specifications/requirements & Customer payments and credibility

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or higher.
  • 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the semiconductor or electronics-related industry
  • Business proficiency in Japanese language is required to liaise and facilitate communications between Japanese parent company
  • Willingness to travel overseas for work when needed (e.g., training and customer visits).
  • Thorough understanding of marketing, negotiation techniques, and problem-solving.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales; self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Aptitude for delivering engaging presentations.

Responsibilities

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle local and overseas key customers.
  • Direct discussions, exchange information, and collaboratively resolve issues with the factory.Build strong customer relationships and acceptance.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare budgets as assigned by superiors.
  • Manage overall stock planning and consignment/stock customers if assigned.
  • Ensure prompt collection of payments from assigned customers.
  • Execute any tasks assigned by superiors to achieve departmental and business targets.
  • Participate in company committees, projects, or audits if assigned.
  • Support customer/company workshops/programs.
  • Assist with PMM or Business Development Department (BDD) activities as needed.Any ad-hoc assignments assigned by management from time to time.
