JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Special Finance Manager at Insta Auto Solutions, you will manage the entire finance process from start to finish, including handling both front-end and back-end deals. You’ll receive third-party leads to drive your business and will be supported every step of the way to ensure your success. Whether you’re working with subprime or prime credit customers, you will leverage your expertise to secure the best financing options. With one of the largest inventories in the region and a high volume of quality leads, there’s plenty of opportunity for you to earn and grow.
QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST HAVE at least 1+ years of experience in automotive finance (must have auto industry experience).
EXPERIENCE WITH SPECIAL FINANCE, SUBPRIME, AND PRIME CREDIT CUSTOMERS.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and close deals effectively.
A high level of professionalism and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with generating business and managing leads, particularly through third-party sources.
Handle front-end and back-end finance deals, ensuring a seamless process for customers.
Work with customers to provide financing options tailored to their unique credit profiles, particularly those with challenging credit.
Build strong relationships with lenders to secure financing for all types of customers.
