We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in driving sales, leading a development area and providing an unparalleled client experience in the luxury custom home market.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales process from initial inquiry to contract closure, focusing on high-value, custom home sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the buying process.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve both personal and team sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, forecast sales, and track customer interactions.
  • Train and mentor junior sales team members, offering guidance on best practices and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and architects, to ensure clients’ expectations are met.
  • Provide expert guidance on custom home designs, financing options, and construction timelines.
  • Represent Aspen Creek Homes at industry events and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate new leads.

Qualifications:

  • Work Authorization: Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in real estate, luxury home sales, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals, with experience in custom or luxury home sales preferred.
  • Extensive experience with CRM systems and advanced sales tools (Salesforce, lead analytics tools).
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of the custom home building process and luxury real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and manage a high-level sales process.

Preferred:

  • Specialized certifications in sales (e.g., CNE, ABR) or real estate (e.g., real estate license).
  • Experience in managing a team of sales professionals or leading complex sales efforts.
  • Knowledge of high-end real estate marketing and digital tools.
