Responsibilities: Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities. Monitor and document clients' health and well-being. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Build trusting relationships with clients and provide emotional support. Requirements: Valid CNA or HHA certification in the state of Florida. Previous experience in home health care or a related field required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility. Compassionate and patient demeanor. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends. Background check and references required.
