In this role, the Urologist will join a dynamic, collaborative team of physicians, staff, and partners in a premier Bay Area practice. The position involves the evaluation, management, and treatment of a broad spectrum of urologic conditions, including: * General Urology: elevated PSA, hydrocele/spermatocele, BPH/LUTS, vasectomy, nephrolithiasis, and related conditions * Urologic Oncology: prostate, bladder, kidney, and testicular cancers * Subspecialty Opportunities: Sexual Medicine (erectile dysfunction, infertility, hypogonadism) and Female Urology (overactive bladder and urinary incontinence) We are seeking candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and exceptional communication skills, with a commitment to collaborating effectively with physicians, staff, and patients to deliver high-quality, efficient care. What You Will Be Doing This position offers a balanced mix of surgical and clinical practice, tailored to your expertise and interests: * Diagnose and manage disorders of the genitourinary system, including erectile dysfunction, BPH/LUTS, urinary retention, infertility, incontinence (stress, urge, and mixed), overactive bladder, and scrotal conditions (e.g., hydrocele, epididymal cyst, testicular pain) * Obtain and review patient histories; order and interpret diagnostic studies, including PSA testing and imaging (CT, MRI, Ultrasound) * Perform abdominal, pelvic, and retroperitoneal surgeries based on clinical expertise * Conduct in-office procedures such as catheter placement/replacement, cystoscopy, ultrasound-guided prostate biopsy, and related interventions * Provide urologic consultations to referring physicians and healthcare teams across leading San Francisco hospitals, including inpatient and emergency department coverage * Perform surgical procedures in ambulatory surgery centers and hospital settings (e.g., ESWL, ureteroscopy, prostate surgery), with access to robotic surgery using the da Vinci system for prostate, renal, and bladder cases What we can offer you * Competitive Salary and Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) * Generous time off (start accruing on your first day - no waiting period) * Paid Holidays * 401(k) * Company Discounts * Collaborative work environment - we want our employees to have a say in how we run our office. * Employee Recognition  Compensation depends on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, or experience that may fall outside of the range shown
