As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across both acute and community healthcare settings. BD Interventional (BDI) focus on leading innovation and life-enhancing devices in the field of surgical, endovascular, urological and critical care interventions aiming at advancing the treatment of high burden diseases and enabling surgical and interventional procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Drive new business acquisition and support existing accounts within a defined portfolio
  • Deliver sales strategies aligned with business goals and regional needs
  • Build strong relationships across clinical and commercial teams to support solution adoption
  • Use market data to identify opportunities and inform territory planning
  • Provide clinical education and product training to healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions
  • Support the implementation of CAUTI reduction initiatives across hospitals and community settings
