Job Description: We’re Hiring: Billing Supervisor (Night Shift) Location: SCB Makati (Hybrid after 1–2 months training) What You’ll Do: Oversee accurate and timely billing for US client accounts Review and manage complex billing reconciliations Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and overall billing performance Collaborate with AR/Collections, IT, and cross-functional teams Lead process improvements and provide team guidance Prepare and analyze billing and revenue reports What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience as a Billing Supervisor, preferably supporting US-based clients Strong technical and billing expertise Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics Experience with subscription billing tools: Zuora, Chargebee, Stripe Billing Intermediate–Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP) Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot Why Join Us?
