Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and company deductions.

  • Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws.
  • Work closely with the HR department to manage payroll-related changes.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports related to payroll.
  • Help employees resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Engage in payroll audits and recommend corrective actions.
  • Keep up with new legislation and regulations affecting payroll.
  • Assist with various projects and additional duties as required by the Finance Department.
