The position we are hiring for will be for bookkeeping and accounting support. We are in need on an individual who is focused and detail oriented and familiar with bookkeeping and accounting requirements and practices to step in and assist our clients with updating, maintaining and reconciling their accounts and books. This position will require detailed work and engagement with multiple clients and an ability to manage the needs to keep the books up to date. This information will be passed onto a team lead in the US who will review the work and then deliver it to our customers for review and analysis. Accurate work is imperative to the effectiveness of our service delivery. Bookkeeper Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; 2 years of full-time full charge bookkeeping experience; Experience reconciling Balance Sheet accounts; Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements; Ability to identify potential errors; Strong attention to detail and accuracy; Strong knowledge of Quickbooks, Quickbooks online, Payroll Tax matters; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team Google Docs experience Eligibility: This opportunity is open exclusively to Philippine-based candidates who are Philippine citizens, in compliance with local labor regulations.
