REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in brand creation or rebranding, with the ability to build a brand identity from the ground up;
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in brand promotion, marketing, or related fields;
  • Familiarity with the swimming pool industry or personal experience with pool ownership is a plus;
  • Demonstrated experience in selecting Influencers or KOLs within the swimming pool sector, with the ability to develop impactful collaboration strategies;
  • Strong background in media relations with access to relevant media resources to enhance brand visibility;
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for degrees in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy for a pool robot, with a focus on significantly increasing brand awareness and market penetration among pool-owning customers.
  • Develop strategic brand promotion plans, including brand positioning, key messaging, and go-to-market strategies;
  • Build and maintain relationships with brand content creators, Influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and media outlets to ensure effective brand communication;
  • Design and execute multi-channel brand campaigns, leveraging social media, content marketing, and offline events to amplify brand visibility and engagement;
  • Gather market insights and competitive intelligence, analyze brand exposure and user engagement metrics, and continuously refine promotion strategies for optimal impact.
