As a US Campaign Call Center Executive, your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound calls to potential customers, engage them in meaningful conversations, qualify their interests, and facilitate seamless transitions to our sales team for further engagement. We seek motivated individuals ready to commit to their personal and professional growth through intensive training and daily performance coaching. Key Responsibilities: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential US customers. Utilize effective communication scripts and objection handling strategies during calls. Quickly qualify prospects by identifying their needs and interests within the first few minutes of conversation. Facilitate warm transfers to the sales team for interested leads. Maintain a high standard of professionalism and energy throughout all customer interactions. Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including call volume, qualified transfers, and conversion rates. Accurately record call outcomes and customer interactions in our CRM system. Engage actively in daily coaching sessions, feedback loops, and role-play exercises to continuously enhance your sales skills. At least 1 year of experience in a sales-related capacity, such as: Outbound calling Telemarketing Customer service (inbound/outbound) Inside sales Outstanding communication skills with a strong command of the English language. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Resilience in the face of rejection and the ability to maintain a positive attitude. Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and implement feedback. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to think on your feet during calls.
