QUALIFICATIONS

• Juris Doctor (JD) with U.S. bar admission
• 2+ years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house environment
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, particularly in commercial agreements
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance topics such as data privacy, anti-bribery, or competition
• Experience in legal research, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration
• CTIPS Certification preferred

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an early-career lawyer to gain hands-on experience supporting a high-growth, global organization. The Counsel, Contracts & Compliance will assist in managing the legal affairs of IP House across jurisdictions, with a focus on commercial contracts, legal compliance, and internal governance. This role will work cross-functionally with Client Success, Client Solutions, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure operational integrity and mitigate legal risk.
