As a US Growth & Lead Generation Executive at Skysun , you will be instrumental in driving our customer acquisition efforts and expanding our market presence. You will engage with potential clients, assess their needs, and effectively communicate our energy solutions to generate leads and growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Proactively make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our services and assess their needs. Qualify leads through effective questioning and dialogue. Collaborate closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads for further engagement. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups. Continuously improve strategies for lead generation and customer engagement. Meet or exceed personal and team lead generation goals. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to build rapport quickly with prospects and effectively handle objections. Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to tasks.
