Description
US Health Project Manager Ready to lead cross-border projects that impact the future of U.S. health and benefits solutions? Do you thrive on managing risks, driving project success, and collaborating with senior leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Join our team and play a critical role in supporting U.S.-based teams, developing project plans and ensuring regulatory compliance for innovative health solutions. This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available later. The role supports multiple business areas and a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center. What the Day Will Look Like As a Project Manager/Risk Management Coordinator, your day will involve collaborating with project teams and senior leaders to align on goals, organize and lead meetings for which you've crafted agendas, and track progress on detailed project plans. You’ll monitor project status, anticipate and address risks, develop risk response/contingency plans for priority risks, and prepare executive summaries for leadership. Additionally, you’ll coordinate risk mitigation activities, support compliance initiatives and work with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met. How This Opportunity Is Different This opportunity stands out because you will play a key role in both project management and risk mitigation for U.S. health solutions, working directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Unlike similar roles, you will: Own end-to-end project planning and execution across borders, impacting high-level business decisions. Lead risk management initiatives in a highly regulated U.S. health environment, coordinating with multiple central teams. Regularly communicate with executives and contribute to strategic leadership meetings, shaping the direction of the business. Examples of initiatives include Limit of Liability (both data and client escalations), Peer Review, E&O, Internal Audit and Data Security. Skills and Experience That Will Lead to Success Success in this role requires strong project management abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to risk and compliance. Ideal candidates will bring: A few critical skills include: Experience building and managing end-to-end project plans, including timelines and deliverables. Ability to lead meetings, align diverse teams and communicate clearly with leaders at all levels. Skill in identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies and monitoring project progress. Understanding of regulatory and compliance environments, especially in health or insurance sectors. Experience collaborating with teams from various departments and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. English proficiency, at C1 level. How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce. Plus, our agile environment allows you to manage your wellbeing and work/life balance, ensuring you can be your best self at Aon. Furthermore, all colleagues enjoy two “Global Wellbeing Days” each year, encouraging you to take time to focus on yourself. We offer a variety of working style solutions for our colleagues as well. Our continuous learning culture inspires and equips you to learn, share and grow, helping you achieve your fullest potential.
