As a Healthcare Client Management professional, you will be responsible for overseeing client relationships within the healthcare sector. Your role will involve ensuring client satisfaction, managing service delivery, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. You will work remotely and effectively communicate with clients to meet their needs and expectations. Responsibilities Manage and nurture relationships with key healthcare clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver services that meet client expectations. Conduct regular client meetings and check-ins to assess needs and gather feedback. Identify opportunities for upselling services and enhancing client value. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service delivery in the CRM system. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. Proven experience in client management, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset. Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems and client management software. Willing to work remotely.
