Uphold Vialto Law's ethics and professional standards. 5+ years of experience in US business immigration, particularly with H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and employment-based immigrant visas. Admission to a state or DC bar. Strong digital acumen and a desire to integrate technology into legal services. Proven project management experience and flexibility in handling dynamic priorities.
