Description
As a Business Immigration Analyst (Associate level), you'll play a key role in preparing and submitting employment-based immigration petitions and benefits requests for both large multinational companies and emerging businesses, as well as their noncitizen employees and family members. Prepare and draft US employment-based immigration petitions (nonimmigrant and immigrant), including PERM applications and adjustment of status filings. Respond to client questions and support attorneys in client meetings. Stay current with US immigration laws, policies, and procedural developments. Utilize innovative tools and automation to enhance efficiency and the client experience. Engage in ongoing self-development and apply feedback to support continuous growth. Ensure high standards of accuracy, consistency, and quality in all work products. Apply critical thinking and data-driven insights in casework and client communications. Communicate clearly, professionally, and with adaptability to build strong relationships. Demonstrate integrity and uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. Work Arrangement: Hybrid and remote options available, depending on candidate location and business needs 1+ years of experience in US employment-based immigration. Paralegal certificate or university degree preferred. Strong interest in technology, automation, and digital upskilling.
