About the Role: The US Logistics Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end logistics operations within the United States. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. The supervisor will lead a team of logistics personnel, coordinating daily activities to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations. They will analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction, driving operational excellence. Ultimately, the role ensures that the supply chain functions smoothly, supporting the broader business objectives and enhancing customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. * Strong knowledge of US transportation regulations and compliance requirements. * Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCMP, or equivalent). * Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS). * Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement. * Experience managing logistics operations in a multi-state or national environment. * Advanced data analysis skills using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
