Regulatory and Policy Management Lead Regulatory/Policy Impact Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of new and evolving regulations and policies. Identify critical gaps, communicate findings to relevant stakeholders, and track remediation actions to closure. Represent Marketing in Policy and Reg Change Management Forum: Actively participate in change management forums to review new and evolving regulations/policies, ensuring that Marketing's perspective and needs are adequately considered and represented. Coordinate Compliance Activities: Collaborate with Legal, ICRM (Independent Compliance Risk Management), and Process Owners to secure all necessary documentation and approvals for Impact Assessments (IA), Action Plans (AP), and Post Implementation (PI) reviews. Maintain Regulatory Expertise: Possess and maintain in-depth expertise in US compliance laws, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to ensure proactive adherence and risk avoidance. Interpret and Apply Regulations: Demonstrate a strong understanding and ability to interpret a wide array of relevant marketing and privacy regulations, including, but not limited to, CPRA, UDAAP, Reg B, UDAP, Reg P, CAN-SPAM, Reg V, GDPR, and TCPA. Support ad-hoc risk and control initiatives and projects, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to evolving organizational needs. Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions in the financial services industry and experience in the US marketing sector is a plus. Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and Model Language concepts and their application in risk management, compliance, or operational efficiency is highly desirable. Maintains in-depth expertise in US compliance laws, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, ensuring proactive adherence and risk avoidance. A strong understanding and ability to interpret a wide array of relevant marketing and privacy regulations, including but not limited to CPRA, UDAAP, Reg B, UDAP, Reg P, CAN-SPAM, Reg V, GDPR, and TCPA. Able to navigate through a large organization to streamline and summarize multiple information points and create repeatable processes to build consistency in presenting information. Strong technical problem-solving skills and an ability to identify conflicts, discrepancies and other issues and bring together the right team to solution them. Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a complex and dynamic and work well as part of a team. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex concepts, and influence change.
