Job Summary We are looking for a US Payroll Specialist with hands-on experience in Driver Payroll and Certified Payroll for a trucking business. The role involves calculating driver hours, overtime, and ensuring compliance with US payroll regulations while coordinating with an operational team based in India. Key Responsibilities Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll for US dump truck drivers Calculate driver hours, overtime, deductions, and adjustments accurately Handle Certified Payroll and ensure regulatory compliance Coordinate with the India-based operations team for timesheets and driver data Ensure compliance with US federal and state payroll laws Maintain payroll records and prepare payroll reports Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to payroll-related queries Support audits and certified payroll documentation Required Skills & Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in US Payroll processing Strong exposure to Driver Payroll and Certified Payroll Good understanding of US wage & hour laws Experience working with offshore teams Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Excel High attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Qualifications Experience in trucking or transportation industry Knowledge of DOT-related payroll practices Experience in Transport Management System( Samsara) Immediate joiner or short notice period.
