This is a remote position. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM with a 30-min Paid Break About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive assistant with personal injury experience to join our team. This role supports the legal team in setting up new personal injury cases, ensuring timely and accurate communication, and maintaining up-to-date records within our legal software system. ​ Key Responsibilities Case Management Assist with onboarding and setting up new personal injury cases Manage a designated caseload of PI pre-litigation cases Input, update, and maintain case information within the legal case management software Client Communication & Support Communicate professionally and promptly with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders Provide clients with case updates, explain medical treatment options, and guide them through the claims process Assist clients in navigating medical providers, scheduling appointments, and understanding procedures Medical & Treatment Oversight Review and analyze medical records to determine case value and appropriate treatment Manage and coordinate clients’ medical care, including surgery, injections, infusions, and other treatments Documentation & Reporting Organize, manage, and track case documents and records Draft and send initial correspondence to clients, insurance companies, and medical providers Prepare complete and accurate files for submission to the demands department Administrative Support Support attorneys and case managers with administrative and case-related tasks as needed Ensure all sensitive information is handled with discretion and professionalism ​ Requirements Experienced working with a U.S.-based personal injury company Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism ​ Independent Contractor Perks: HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work-from-home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_29615_JOB
