Setup and Location: WFH Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST) | 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (PH Time) Employment Type: Full-time Ready to do work that actually excites you? We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage the procurement process for lighting equipment, parts, and maintenance services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to company policies. You will review purchase requests, process RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations), and collaborate with vendors to maintain cost efficiency and operational excellence. What You’ll Do Evaluate incoming purchase, maintenance, and RMA requests from the Service Department. Verify details such as part numbers, serial numbers, and warranty terms. Ensure requests align with approved budgets and departmental relevance. Select vendors using MRC in Nexus or SharePoint and confirm pricing, shipping, and delivery schedules. Issue purchase orders for finished goods, parts, and maintenance services. Coordinate with VP Purchasing for cash flow approvals. Complete vendor RMA processes for warranty and non-warranty repairs. Track credits and ensure compliance with cost limits before issuing POs. Monitor delivery schedules and hold vendors accountable for commitments. Update inventory systems and provide accurate lead times to internal teams. Resolve discrepancies and confirm receipt of goods/services before approval. Track rebates and credits to ensure timely application. Requirements What You Bring We’re looking for someone who: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams). Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. Experience in procurement or purchasing processes preferred. Self-motivated with strong organizational and planning skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
