We are seeking a Sales Coordinator who can support our sales and marketing activities through lead management, client communication, presentation preparation, CRM updates, and administrative assistance. This is a work-from-home position. Job Description Your job duties include the following tasks and responsibilities: Perform basic qualification of leads and respond to their inquiries that come in via phone call, email and chat • Conduct discovery calls with leads and prospective customers. Gather information on current systems, project scope, budget, and decision-making process. • Prepare the necessary presentation materials for client meetings • Provide assistance for solution demonstrations • Draft sales proposals, software quotations, and related documents in coordination with the Sales Manager • Track progress on assigned opportunities and ensure timely follow-up on action items. • Create contact cards and keep CRM up to date • Assist the Sales Manager with completion of appropriate tasks and providing administrative support as needed • Prepare discovery call notes, draft proposals Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel Communication: Good verbal and written English-language communication skills Sharp analytical skills Knowledge of calendar management in Outlook Separate workspace at home that is quiet and private (should be a separate room) Must be able to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)
Responsibilities
