Job Description Roles and Responsibilities 大学・国公立病院、一般病院・開業医等の医師・技師に対しての超音波診断装置の営業取扱い製品:超音波診断装置すべての拡販既存顧客に対するフォローと新規開拓及び新たな市場の創出予算制・基幹病院に対してのしっかりとしたアプローチ Key Opinion Leaderと関係構築・活用を通じた市場シェア獲得啓発活動・教育を通じた医療の質の向上担当領域における販売額、利益、市場シェアの最大化と、製品及びソリューションによる高い顧客満足の獲得、製品のデモンストレーション、顧客訪問、フォローアップなどの企画・計画商談の鍵となるKey Opinion Leaderの情報等を含む顧客情報の作成・記録・メンテナンスチームおよび会社のリソースを最大限活用した、良好かつ長期的な顧客関係の構築営業開拓の可能性を最大化させるために、関連ファンクション(営業、マーケティング、サービスチームなど)とのやり取り、リード担当領域における製品およびソリューション提供の営業サポート情報ツールの活用により、市場情報(競合他社情報を含む)を把握し、正確な現状のデータ及び予想される情報の顧客への提供を行うテクニカルアドバイスや最新の医療情報、臨床資料などの提供モダリティーの枠を越えた連携・協働 Required Qualifications 2-3年以上の医療業界における営業経験超音波機器以外にも、商材問わず、病院に対する営業経験があること市場や環境の変化を恐れず柔軟に対応できチャレンジ精神旺盛な方、自己管理がしっかりできる方英語力：不問（ただし、入社後、ご自身が望むキャリアの方向性によっては、英語力を必要とする場合があります）要普通自動車免許 Inclusion and Diversity GE Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
