As we grow, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and drive our recruitment and employer branding efforts in the US.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Employer Branding, ideally with a focus on the US market. Experience in a fast-paced or global environment is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies.
- Experience with employer branding initiatives, social media recruitment, and content creation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural, remote, and hybrid team environment.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and social media platforms. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor, Indeed, and other recruitment tools is a plus.

Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for shaping and executing Enteractive’s recruitment and employer branding strategies in the US market. This role involves full ownership of talent acquisition, including sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, as well as enhancing Enteractive’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates who align with our values. Working closely with the Head of Sales in the US and the Talent Acquisition Team Lead in Romania, the person in this role will also collaborate with the broader Enteractive leadership team to ensure that we are consistently delivering a best-in-class candidate experience while ensuring a seamless fit for Enteractive’s culture and needs.
