About the Role As a Tax Reviewer, you will ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality output across multiple return types, manage client communications, and support a U.S.-based public accounting team. Must Have: 5+ years dedicated U.S. tax review experience (not just preparation) in public accounting Deep knowledge of U.S. federal, state & local tax laws Extensive review experience: 1040, 1120/1120S, 1065, 1041 Excellent English communication (written & verbal) Proven experience managing client relationships (updates, Q&A, ownership) Proficiency with CCH Axcess, Canopy, and QBO Preferred CPA or EA (required for reviewer roles) MST or advanced tax coursework Experience with U.S. firms in a nearshore/offshore capacity Comfortable with Slack, Teams, Zoom Key Responsibilities Review U.S. federal, state & local returns for accuracy and compliance Deliver detailed, constructive review notes to preparers Identify tax‑saving opportunities and compliance risks Own client communication: updates, inquiries, and issue resolution Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients Meet strict review deadlines in a high‑volume environment Collaborate with managers on complex tax matters 🏡 Work Flexibility & Additional Benefits Work From Home Setup (PH Only) Fully remote, PH‑based.
