The US Recruiter at GFT will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring top talent for various positions across the organization. This role requires a strategic approach to recruitment and the ability to work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and find the right candidates. Responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding. Source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, and networking. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop detailed job descriptions and identify key competencies. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings. Provide a positive candidate experience through effective communication and support during the hiring process. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a recruiter, particularly in the US market. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools. Willing to work remotely. Willing to work US hours (PST or EST) from Monday to Friday.
