The Producer independently leads and manages multiple high-visibility marketing and creative projects, working directly with business partners, creative leadership, enterprise teams, sales, legal, freelancers, and more. They own the full execution of the creative project lifecycle in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all deliverables meet objectives, quality standards, and timelines. They translate strategy into actionable plans, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and ensure seamless collaboration across stakeholders to bring high-impact, strategic creative solutions to life across the Walmart ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Independent Project Leadership Lead and manage multiple creative projects from inception through completion. Develop project scopes, timelines, and milestones and ensure alignment with creative strategy and business objectives. Maintain ownership of day-to-day execution for all assigned campaigns. Creative Project Lifecycle Management Oversee the production lifecycle of video, site assets, emails, social content, in-store creative, and event experiences. Ensure all deliverables meet project objectives and are accurate, high-quality, and approved by all stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate across Walmart business units and external partners to ensure alignment across marketing, sales, media, and creative teams. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to maintain project continuity. External Partner Management Work with agency partners and freelancers to execute creative deliverables. Provide clear direction, feedback, and timelines. Tool + Process Expertise Apply strong operational and project management capabilities. Use Airtable and/or other work management platforms to track and report on project data. Quality & Consistency Ensure all creative outputs reflect brief requirements, brand standards, and KPIs. Route assets for internal and external approvals, ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement. Team Collaboration Demonstrate a consistent spirit of partnership, collaboration, and operational excellence. Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts, Design, or related field. Extensive experience across agency or in-house marketing (project management, account management, editorial management, integrated marketing). Previous experience with shopper marketing, account management, and retail or digital media. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work with diverse roles and disciplines. Positive, collaborative approach to problem-solving. Experience using Airtable required (or equivalent project/work tools). Passion for Walmart, creativity, and impactful marketing.
