Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated Oracle Cloud PPM Consultant to join our dynamic ERP team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions to our clients, primarily in the public and energy sectors. With expertise in all PPM cloud modules, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects and enhancing our client’s operations.

  • Lead and manage Oracle Cloud PPM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide expert guidance and consulting services to clients, helping them optimize their PPM processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud PPM features and best practices, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Document and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, contributing to the growth of our ERP practice.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Cloud PPM Consultant, with a proven track record of successful project deliveries.
  • Expertise in all PPM cloud modules, Oracle Project Portfolio Management, and Oracle Enterprise Project Portfolio Management.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Experience working with public sector clients is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with the energy sector is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
