About the team: The Overnight Stocking Coach leads and supports store teams by providing training, feedback, and clear guidance to ensure efficient store operations. What you'll do: Lead and develop overnight stocking teams by providing training, coaching, and clear guidance to ensure operational excellence. Collaborate with associates at all levels to communicate business objectives, store initiatives, and merchandising standards effectively. Monitor inventory flow, merchandise presentation, and seasonal transitions to support sales and profit goals. Drive customer service initiatives by modeling high standards and resolving issues to enhance the customer experience. Analyze financial performance, manage expenses, and implement action plans to improve store area results. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and adherence to company policies and ethical standards. The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
